At the end of the 4th cycle, in the lead up to the chorus, strum the middle 4 strings, 
on 000230 (E --> e)

D (XX0230)

For the chorus, cycle through these chords 3 times, then on the 4th, omit the G and go 
from Em to D (so strum D for the duration you'd normally strum G and D).

For the "and just drive" at the end of the chorus, start the fingerpicking again.
