Christ Is King

The kingdom has no end, the lamb shall reign

Crown of thorns, forged into gold
The lion roars where the serpent crawls
From the grave the victor rose
Every knee will bow below
The nations tremble, the heavens sing
Their weapons fall – Christ is king!

The world may mock his holy name
But the fire burns all the same
I stand in armor, scarred yet clean
By the blood that made me redeemed

Christ is king! Forever enthroned
His name the banner I call my own!
Through wrath and ruin, through shadowed skies
He reigns eternal – the crucified!
Christ is king! The heavens proclaim
The tomb is empty, the world aflame!
No power of hell, no worldly scheme
Can silence the cry – Christ is king!

False thrones crumble into dust
Every empire betrayed its trust
He rides the storm with burning eyes
A sword from his mouth divides the lies
On his robe, his title gleams
King of kings, lord of dreams

Kneel or fall – the lamb is the lion!
His reign unbroken, his truth defiant!
Every crown cast to the ground
At his feet, the lost are found!

Glory to the risen one!
Glory to the holy son!
The kingdom stands, the grave undone
Christ reigns – the only one!

Christ is king! Forever enthroned
The lord of lords on heaven’s throne!
Through fire, blood, and endless night
He reigns in power, clothed in light!
Christ is king! No end, no fall
The alpha and omega of all!
From age to age, the angels sing
Eternal cry – Christ is king!

The kingdom has come and will never end
