Let It Be Christmas Everyday

Let it be Christmas everyday, I heard him say
Let it be Christmas everyday

I put some cookies on the table, and drifted-off to sleep
Somewhere in the night, I heard the sound of reindeer feet
Comin' down the chimney, ol' Saint Nick himself
A bright, red robe, a long, white beard, and followed by two elves
Ho, ho, ho! He belted out to me
And then he knelt-down, he knelt-down on his knee
He told me how he loves this time, magic in the air
Everyone is giving to show how much they care

Let it be Christmas everyday, I heard him say
Let it be Christmas everyday
Let it be Christmas everyday, ho, ho, ho!
Let it be Christmas everyday

Christmas morning come around, the whole house havin' fun
Last night seems like a dream
Was it Santa or his spirit that was seen?
All presents opened, all eyes on the tree
A single card fell from a branch
We opened it to read that old Saint Nick was here last night
And now it's Christmas Day
He left us with these words that I'd already heard him say
Look around you, feel the love you share
Turn to each other, show how much you care

Let it be Christmas everyday, I heard him say
Let it be Christmas everyday
Let it be Christmas everyday, ho, ho, ho!
Let it be Christmas everyday

Let it be Christmas everyday, I heard him say
Let it be Christmas everyday
Let it be Christmas everyday, ho, ho, ho!
Let it be Christmas everyday
