Waiting for the storm to pass
It's been so long now I hope it doesn't last
Searching for the reasons why
The days grow darker now and time is drifting by
Can someone please tell me what is happening
Twisted minds and evil stares is all I ever see

Voices screaming deep inside
A forced intrusion of a shattered mind
Sinking deeper into a dream
Tomorrow is never free could this be my destiny

With all my faith I fight the fear
What I cannot see remains so clear

Don't talk to strangers in your mind
Don't give up all you have inside
They'll tear you into pieces every time
And leave you behind

Darkened rooms of deep despair
Echoes of laughter all I ever hear
Institution here to stay
Inside this hell I pay will I ever find a way

With all my faith I fight the fear
