Labyrinth

With silken hands placed upon the lungs of the Earth
I scale the labyrinth

Inhale
And everything stops
Exhale
And I feel the wind beat down upon my face

The sunset flares as the wind tears
Through the amber blades with pace
I reach up, hold hands with the energy
All fear collapses as I dance with ecstasy
Dragging myself up through the branches of life
The evening breeze soothes my frail mind
The setting Sun breathes through the bitten leaves
Enticing our hearts toward the unseen

Ascend towards the cracking sky
The subtle joys of climbing high
Directional limbs and vectors within
The heart of the elm beats with me, synchronously
It’s so easy to get lost
With so many paths to wander across
But if we close our eyes and feel the gravity
Put our faith in intuition
We’ll breach the canopy

Elucidating wisdom of where not to grasp

Atomic conflagration pries open the clouds

Gliding towards the crown
I breach the leaves and their lotus flowers
I peer out upon the Earth
At the beauty from my eternal perch

This is everything and anything
An encounter with the astral glow
The infant mind materialised
No fear, no hate, no woe
