Part 1 Running scared

Watching from the hillside
Unpermitted mourning
With the rest of my family
Funeral is over
My suspicions are raised by the tall man's abilities
I decide to hide, searching for answers
Answers to questions yet complete within my mind
Flushed from hiding by my own curiosty
Mechanical white corpuscle eradicate the enemy
What the hell is going on, what is going on

What is he here for?
What is he hiding?
Will he kill me?

Twisting my brother's mind
To the impending danger
Which threatens us all
He doesn't believe me
But curiosity and fact
Combine to persuade him
It becomes clear that what we're fighting
Is something that much stronger than our being
So we decide to set a trap to ensnare the evil
What the hell is going on, what is going on

Where did he come from?
Why were we chosen?
What life awaits us?

Part 2 The tall man

I witness an intruder
And return to my peaceful sanctuary
Cans of shrunken life
Await their final journey
Through a porthole in space
First step to enslavement shackles
And the last of freedom
I slavetrade death

My powers are many and unknown
For use in defence and attack
I feel no pity, shame or reason
I live to kill and kill to live

I am here to cage your soul
And make you learn to obey
You will adopt a new existence
From which you will never return

My domain is peaceful
Then I find the boy hiding
I must eliminate him
His eyes see too much
He has light of foot
And I lose sight of him for now
My time shall come
My chance I will take

I know this task is not beyond me
But this minor threat it doth frustrate me
A matter of time and patience
To remove this pathetic object

I am here to cage your soul
And make you learn to obey
You will adopt a new existence
From which you will never return

I hunt my prey
I find my place
Running scared
He's in the woods
Then the ground
It falls away
All is black
I'm left for dead

Bodily wound's a minor setback
Encased within this earthly shell
I still plan a confrontation
Defeat never crosses my mind

I am here to cage your soul
