Tales From The Last Generation

Is 20 years now
Since we the chosen ones set off
In the quest of the new eden prime
Looking for another paradise to infest and,
Up from here we come to see the truth

But they all will remain blind,
In the ignorance,
Hoping one day the lord will send a sign
We let our forebears back,
Hoping they will last,
Dreaming of the lives that they never had
They will vanish in the haze

One step forward,
Two steps back into the dark
Tales from the last generation,
Tales made out of grief
