Black Ruby

I closed my eyes until I began to see
Shadows have shined suddenly
A light that lights my lucid dream
Now I know
Darkness is like a black ruby

I’m lonely in this world that is cold as ice
Searching for the answers through my eyes
I fear my own senses could fail this time
Hopefully
A voice whispers in my mind

“Bring yourself to free your soul”
“Stand on your feet”
“Get away from this wall”

When I saw, I’ve tried to escape this shell
But I’m on my knees
Without knowing what is real

Screaming loud enough
I feel something strange
Glowing on myself
My fear is falling away
(Somehow, I understand)

Towards my fate
Through streams, I stray
Strolling inside the road that’s unclear
Outgrow this pain
To find me again

Seeing upon my skin without agony
Enlightening my soul completely
Perhaps a doubt may be overcoming me
Screaming loud, until someone can hear

The mankind still can’t see
I’m rotting in vain
Alive to be insane

Without moon
The night is growing old
What else can I find?
I’m still asking inside

In my tragedy
Restrained by my means
Or released by my dreams?
