The bigger the mountain the bigger the loss
Of hope to get across

With bars instead of doors
Looking back on the years
On all the friends that I've lost to drugs
But I won't preach nor insist
That I'm better than the one's I've lost
It must be hard to resist
When you can escape the pain and strife
Not to dive in to the mist

I miss the touch and the scent of your skin
I lost the love of my life
To some guy, don't even know his name
He want's to make her his wife
If I kill him I will lose all the same

Is this old geezer friend of mine
His business started to fall
And eventually he lost his mind
He disconnected the phone
To get rid of all disturbing sounds
