Completely Surrounded by Darkness
And this Strange kind of pain

Bruising the flesh but without a wound
Ripping through the depths of what
I used to presume

A sound came like a request
That I struggled to avoid

Would be better to have ignored
Learned that late with my knees on the floor
And I made It my mattress

Weakness of the soul
Tearing down my hope
As if everything I am was dragged into this sore

Filled with love and hate
Numb by its name
The hateful name destroying all I aspire for
