Feel Good

My job is waiting,
I'm hesitating should I call in? I don't feel good.

The bills are rising,
my friends are fighting,
I'm just wishing for something good.

I don't want to be another fallen star with another wish reaching way too far.

I'm bored as hell should fly away,
I'm going right now today.

Don't want to do things that I'll regret,
but I want to do things that I haven't yet.
Fly to Bora Bora on a private Jet,
kiss a dolphin get a little wet.
Walk by the ocean with my favorite person in the world.
Why? Cause that feels good...I just want to feel good.

It's always one thing or another,
I lost my mother, God Bless her soul.
For the first time I realized I want to be happy and nothing more. As I watch out my window,
I see the rain and the wind blow.
Maybe someday it'll be the ocean instead of a puddle of rain.

My job is still waiting, I hestitated,
but I just called in...It feels good!
