The blackened faced warrior
Dispatches soldiers left and right
For blood and for glory
Alone, without an ally
He kills scores of men with great fury

Gwyn ap nudd fights for his love
She's been taken against her will
In the grips of another man
He will fight until his death

The warrior's reputation precedes him
Men have been known to flee
Upon his war cry heard
From miles away

The son of nudd has met little resistance
While not a perfect fight,
His wounds are minimal

A bright light shows overhead
A blessing from the otherworld
The ground shakes and opens up
And releases its might

A pack of hounds cloaked in embers
Emerge from the depths
They howl showing their devotion
To this warrior crowned king

The dust from the earth settles
And in its wake the horizon shows

Leading to a mysterious kingdom
