The Searing Immobile

His awakening repeated
The ordeal of afflicting state
But there was light
Not clear for replacing the murk
Just crude so it stabs into the eye
With the force of lances
Colliding with the yet raw eye retina

Immobilized he will sear

While pushing the pain aside in one instant
He considered his fears could leak out in futility
Cause the guise of the tantalizer is absent
Though the tease has him in its orbit

He must find the dark man's palpable mark
Maniacal
Soon marks on him

Light perpetually
Thrusting out everywhere
Searing his eyes
That stay force-opened by toothpicks
So the eyelids dehydrate under doubled pressure

Getting upright the body
Acting under order of a reflex

For another wave of pain
His feet weighted to devices
Intended to pierce and destroy its flesh

Moving was impossible and torments inescapable
With his arms tied to the back now he is the wretch
Just helpless constant bleeding

Immobilized he sears
