Lost Horizon

Here I rest lying by the shore
I close my eyes and hear the ocean roar
With the tide memories come and go
as I stare old pictures of my life

The innocence of my childhood days
when the sadness still felt so far away
years gone by and I became a man
I saw my hopes vanished in the haze

I've been walking for so long through the roads of life
and now my body is tired from the weight of years...

Set me free from this earthly sorrow
break my chains let me fly tomorrow
like the wind reaching new skies
Now I see that the light is fading
and all those things I never ended
are they now forever lost...
