Lost In Translation

If these words are poetry
Then put them in a book
For a page full of question marks
Is one hard to overlook
Beyond the metaphors
(The truth will be hidden in plain view)

Don't you think that this was meant to happen?
Why prolong the inevitable, when we saw the end coming from the start

I heard the softest of voices
Screaming out at me
Telling me that it was over

Move!
Pick up the pieces!
