Gods of Sin

A single but common consciousness
Kills itself with a life of Sin
It follows a highly traveled path,
And plods the trail with unclean gait

It scavenges earth to discover a way
To sustain a life that is drained of soul
Now it surrenders to Gods of Sin
And lives the lie of eternal life
