I Ain't Dead Yet

I've got a baby at home
A to do list a mile long
And husband who comes home each night
I do the laundry I cook and clean it's my responsiblility
And I'm usually in the bed by nine

But I still like a cold beer and a long dirt road
And listenin' to some Keith Whitley on the radio
Don't mean I ain't a good mama
Don't mean I ain't a good wife
I'm just like anybody else
Who needs a break from time to time
And I know my obligations
And believe me their met
I may be gettin' older but I ain't dead yet

My lifes a lot different now
I'm proud of how it's turned out
And folks like me they understand
There's always somethin' to be done
But I still like havin' fun
It's just part of who I am
