Nothing Has Changed

I chose to look like this because it fits the way I feel
But it's not a reason for you to judge me
I am so tired of ideals telling us how to be and how to act

I feel angry and I feel deceived
Still nothing's changed around me
And it probably never will

Everyone of us has different lives and different stories
I feel contented with mine 'cause this is who I am
Get to know me before you say that I've done something wrong

Say it to my face if I offended you in some way or simply accept that we all are different
I look the way I do because it fits the way I feel inside
I'm disappointed in the world but still a decent guy
