The Vision Of Belshazzar

Twas on that night that Belshazzar,
the kingdom, trapped and slain.
The emperor of Babylon,
no longer shall remain.
Let the men of law appear, the wisest of the nearth.
And to explain the words of fear,
whith, riyal, royal, pure mirth

The king was in his temple.
The subjects filled the hall.
There in view, a thousand cups of gold,
Jehovas vessles hold.

In that hour a vision, a vision of a hand.
Struck by fear, the mighty one appeared.
Kept court against the wall.

The fingers of a man.
A solitary hand.
Engraved into the wall.
The writing bold and tall.
Young men gave a start.
They couldn't understand.
The proficy was told............
