Another Cold And Windy Day

Another cold and windy day,
the birds are homing,
too cold to stay.
I turn my face into the sun,
the time of winter has begun.

And now I feel my mind is turning,
and think of times when I were glad.
I open up some coke and smile,
and then my mind is free for a while.
