I tried to find my way to You
Between philosophy and truth I got confused
Scattered thoughts and clouded mind
No sign of hope, no clarity of any kind
Now I stop, and see You in full view

Through the eyes of love You see me

You have always been

I tried to hide myself from you

I thought You would be, too

You are the God of mercy
