Mirage of Lies

Now we look forward
Running, crawling - the sun burns
Aiming front - for what we serve?
Why we fight, for why i die?
I shoot another head, god i'm killing a man!
Isn't what i always sworn in prayers!

With heavy paces we run in the sands
And they see fortune, they see glory
Are they fighting to be so blind?

Illusion or reality - dream or afterlife
What is false, what is the truth - is just a mirage or is it real?
Lie, lies [lies over lies, lies feeding more lies] - greed is glory
Patriotism is not heroism
Also we kill in the name of god

Nothing what we see is even real - in this mirage of lies
Blood we spill and what we feel? - i want no more cries
Honor, pride, nation, [greed] no mean words we have to carry on
The nightmare must long, the dream is gone...

I run ahead and throw a grenade
I have no more feelings
I just kill for nothing
I kill, i'm insane
There's no reason to complain no more
Just honour thy flag, fulfilling the oath

Finishing with lives - i just want to go home
I will kill men tormented 'til the mission is done
Tv notices destruction, images of red skies of open fire
And what's the prize, the price we pay? damage is done, cause of the war!

War rages
We kill
We strike
We hear the blows of the mines
We're not near to the end
Operation mirage of lies
God bless the nation
God says don't kill
And we kill in honour of the nation
We sin for nothing
We sin for our nation!

Our wage of war
Is not enough
It doesn't pay our sins
It doesn't retrace our broken dreams
And our nights unsleeped
And the supposed last-look-at-the-stars
I sworn protection and not to attack
To defend, not to destroy
And even when i will go home
Peace is not done when war is gone!
