Like a punch to the gut
You cannot breathe, pale is the color of your shadow and skin
Feeling like your senses are fading away
Darkness overwhelms your sight
Suddenly you snap and realize
It wasn't physical but psychological
Cannot figure out the source of the pain
But it feels so goddamn real

Without warning or any kind of sign
Signs of dementia some might say
Living in decline while searching for the truth
Even though it's clear in front of your eyes
You cannot realize it cause you deny it so damn hard

People call you schizo, freak with a double personality
The struggle for control is being shown
By self inflated injuries and suicidal tendencies

Unaware of what's really going on
At some point you'll reach the end that's dead
And has no way out
But facing your own self in a battle from within
If one dies the other one cannot survive
