Last Journey

I was fed up with the place
Where all they do is get your hopes up
It was a time for me to move on
I’ve had enough of growing up

I wasn’t sure what I was looking for
But I believed it wasn’t there
I had to leave I had to go - how far? I didn’t care

Coz change is a part of life
So here I am, this is me today
And the price I have paid
And I know what I’ve lost I won’t get back

Here I am today
And the lessons I have learnt
Am I proud of all the choices I’ve made?
I'm here to stay

Lots of thoughts went through my head
After I was off
I was left on my own cos I said goodbye
To all the people I loved

Not expecting a lot
As the plans I make always come unstuck
Didn’t care too much, win or lose
I just thought I’ll test my luck

Coz change is a part of life
This journey ain’t finished yet
And I follow my way
I ain’t got much but I keep my head up high

With all the ones
Who mean the world to me today
My dreams are bigger than fears and
I’m gonna live before I die!
