Winds of Change

Times they are changing so fast
tomorrow is here now bringing a new task
the futures looking good now, fine by me
the waiting is over for love let it be

Wind blows through my life
twists and turn it cuts like a knife
removing clouds gathered by night
blowing away shadows, revealing the light

Changing fortunes and changing fears
bringing heartache and bringing tears
along with happiness along with peace
so many triumphs and so much grief

Why aint things ever simple and plain
why so much argue and so much pain
there are no answers to the questions I seek
but this is a time of strength

Love is the power that drives me on
fires the passions how could it be wrong
in the cold light of day it looks good to me
