The time it takes for hope to break and fear to climb
The walls you make, the plans we fake to stay in line

We trust in corruption
The comfort we find in disfunction
We invest in our destruction

For all I’ve seen, depriving me of gravity

See then circle like vultures and rationalise it as culture
Words worshipped as an alter
