The Cataclysm

I was told to build a boat
A big-ass ship
That would still float

I began the construction
Under divine protection

I was laughed at by my peers
I just tried to block my ears

Holy blueprints in my hands
Surrounded by nothing but sand

They laughed at me
I cried at them
‘Cause I knew they were all condemned

My boat will leave
I don't know when
Soil will be soaked by pouring rain

Not before their land legs got wet
