The Girl In The Mirror (Poem)

Mirror, Mirror what do you see?
I see a girl staring back at me.
A girl that's sometimes too sad to cry.
A girl that's too scared to scream.
A girls that's too shy to look anyone in the eyes.
Then I discovered...
That girl was me.
That girl also could not hear.
But yet, she heard the drops of my tears.
She could not speak,
Yet she gave advise to me.
The girl said it's possible to forget your past.
Even with a non-forgetting mind.
But it's impossible to leave your loved ones behind.
