The world stood still aborning
"It's a girl" sounded as a warning
She was never nursed
Which was the worst
Her little heart was pure
People called her naughty
Some of them even thought she's haughty
Frowns followed her since she was born
Since that day her soul was torn

God loves the odd one out

Rumours set afloat
She always wore that coat
Her face was pale
No one knew a thing about this miss
She was never blessed with bliss
Babies started to cry
When she was walking by
Their mothers told them daily:
"The odd one out won't ever be gaily"

One day she met a boy who played the guitar
That is the story so far
They got a record deal
Because strangers seem to have appeal
Suddenly the odd one out are to fly

God loves the odd one out
He made so many
Stranger than any
