        Let me just say that this 
song has a great bass line.  The
rhythm
guitar is doing the same strumming 
pattern throughout and Jim uses a
flange
peddle.  That is what that wind 
sound is at the beginning.  To get 
the
Latin flavor try raising and 
lowering you first finger on the Am
chords to
get an Am sus2.  And the same with 
the F chords but also put you pinky

finger down on the first string, 3rd
 fret.
