Waste Of Time

Our expectations get in his way.
He has so much he wants to do.
Our optimistic minds are frayed.
So now what are we gonna do?

So write your plans and have him sign,
no it's just a waste of time.
Backwards describes this view,
now it's up to you to choose.

Jesus, forgive us for lack of trust.
This worrying has gone too far.
This burden you have now released
