I was looking for some kind of magic,
The state my life was in was so tragic,
I was tired of living - what could I do?

I was looking in all kinds of places,
Trying to find it in so many faces,
But I never found it 'til I found You.

Then I was mystified
I was purified
And I've been justified since I met You.
Now I want to testify
That I've been satisfied
Since You've been glorified inside of me.

I was just on the edge of disaster
I was trying so hard to master
All the tricks of the trade
To just make it through.
I was needing some super power
Looking for some magical hour
And I finally found it when I found You.
