On The Cross

The skies are falling down
The sins are all around
They made a choice souring men's life

The blood is on the thorns
We're cursed by the cross
Why is our death so amusing?

Why? The chosen one is near me
I can see in his sad eyes devotion
Faith! For any great emotion
Humankind is in black

Eternal mourning

The death of a carpenter is not special

A leader, a martyr, a messiah, a liar, I ask myself
Is it really God dying on the cross?
