Triumphs of a people, all owed to double back,
and plague them with convenience..
left to drone and mill and crack.
Or instead to terrorize, as the glorious aqueduct,
with the genius of which the lead pipes
their vital source corrupt!

Such as the coffin serves as bridal bed,
and wedding flowers wilt..
Such as death untimely risks no woe
without the lover's guilt..

Such is bitter irony..
ah, such is HARM!

Heartless destruction is development,
human spirits desensitized..
Their laws could not have cleansed them of
the harm they so despised!

I'm a cyst on the eyes of the paranoid,
a poison substance in communion's bread;
I'm the spectre of manic depression,
dancing like a jackal in lambs' heads!

I host a deadly plague of the senses,
a viral gospel rupturing the nerves;
I'm the deadly cosmic fate intangible
that ensures the worthless get what they deserve!
