Dead But Walking

My family now corpses
Walking the earth mindlessly
I gun them down in respect
Not watching behind me
A horde of living dead
With the hunger for my skin
Now held to the ground
I leak this dark red

Wake up hours later now one of them
Hunks of me unattached pieces missing
Mybowels hang, and dagon on the ground
Arm ligaments torn, the dead reborn
My eye sockets drain pus and infection
I'm dead, but somehow alive

Now I live to eat the living
Plunge my hands into their skins
Stirring and mangling the organs
And puring them out where I stand
In mass numbers we feast
On insides at our feet
Scarping flesh and tissue from heads
Those who died now walk dead

They swarm to the feeding grounds
The hospitals overtaken by dead
Scalpels rip with severe agony
Nurse's cunt leak zombie seed
In the morgue bodies desecrated
Patients on tables, limbs amputated
Hospitals now full of infection
Hollowed cadavers in all directions

I made my way to the birthing rooms
Still hungre, I'm staggering with gloom
One last woman left on the table
Legs in stirrups struggling to move
Crowded amd surrounded
She's held down
Petrified,staring at death
Making no sound
Dead hands scratcj
And tear her breasts away
Room stech lingers putrid decay
Baby ripped from inside the womb
Placenta and afterbirth
Viciously consumed
Bloodthirsty hands break through ribs
Lungs filled with blood
She drowns to dead
Limbs removed
Bowels excitedly extracted
Dead now wonder aimlessly and inactive
