Well, if id have known the consequences
i wouldve stayed away
who knew those blurry choices would follow me untill this day
it makes me sick how you hide behind a force fed smile
as if hiding behind your teeth would make your time worthwhile
you stink of ignorance, your dripping with lies
not like it helps from keeping me from seeing through your disguise
it makes my blood boil to see such guilt free laughter
but when you know the truth, you wont be smiling after

wipe that fuckin grin off your face
this is nothing to smile about
theres so much more than you ever knew
its time to choke down more than you can chew
there are no answers to all your questions
and nothing ever really helps
weather the storm, they'll only be another
dawn of the new day is just like any other
hopes and dreams, they both burn fast

as im sure were all aware
we all got our crosses to bear
but as reality sets in
your patience starts to get real thin
so clutch at straws or some just cause, a reason to stay alive
