If I am love, I am grief
If I am fighting, I am peace
If I am joy then I am rage
If I am freedom, I'm the cage
If I am waking, I am sleep
If I’m the fast then I’m the feast
If I am rising, I’m the fall
Letting go, to hold it all

So broken, unending, unraveling and mending
And all I know, come what may, in this moment I’m ok
