Ashes to ashes, and dust to dust
Everything's falling to pieces now
Shattered like a broken trust
An epitaph can never be erased
They always show their ugly faces
Like a grim reminder of a tortured past
Like love-letters written across my wrist
We forged a bond in blood
In words that no one else understood
Lives joined through broken flesh
We swore that we would only part in death
A dark promise, a suicide pact
Written on the back of a religious tract
Words of sorrow, words of pain
Saying we would meet in hell someday
Games we played, mistakes we made
We lived our lives on razor blades
Blood ran rivers beneath our feet
And it left dark stains between the sheets
No tomorrow, no forever
