My Petals

How we begin, perfect and pure
Carefully crafted
Just like a rose
Tender and soft
Imposing but fragil
Decisions and mistakesslowly change my life
Where are my petals?
I think they are falling
Broken. Alone, out of control
My rose is dying
Incapable of finding love
Withered and crying
The enemy says no
There's no master plan
Where are your petals?

He picks each petal
