Solitude

A hollow cloud over my mind
Visions of what we have become
Scars reflect the past inside
Is see your pain envisioned
This world will never cease
Cease to take your existence
I will steal the light within
Shadows cast by a darkened sun

Falling through this dreamless state
In a dream form which you cannot wake
As the light reveals tomorrow
Your darkness fades away

Contorted and displaced forever
There's no end to this misery

Follow me to a hollow place
As the future fades into nothing
Look into the sands of forever
And witness a life of solitude
Darkened place, the corners of your mind
Ignorant tot he thoughts of another
Take my hand, together we walk alone
Ascending to a life of elation
