Blood's Icon

Once thou wept for me
incubator of bygone salvation I once tasted thy trinity
my laughter sustained as I left thy deity
the soil sored under my frozen soul
I was the usher of glooming slumber chose to the burden I was sent below
I was burning in a dashed kingdom in swarming silhouettes of light´s dismay
astried angels fell through duskspheres of mine
dead they beheld the mayhem inside in bereavement with bitterness and grief
the nocturnal haze surrounded them with obscurity
and as the gale enclosed they fell cold and breathless
a damnation of agony, around their hearts of sin-cursed their within!

Swept realms of grasping sorrows through my colonnades where ancients never fell
in my eyes burned torture crimson storms unfolded the slumbering hall
reeking landscapes of thine-wrapped in torment
The sky eroded behind me
in howling winds the fury unfolded
scars in dismal icons burst coldly
.
I was thy blood´s icon

Angels were burning
in the transmogrified kingdom
in swarming silhouettes over light´s dismay
a last sole dawn rose
exasperated apparitions scourged
martyrs of ever distress
vanished in the banes allurement
pleaded for premature ceasing
