Feeling Alone

I am alone in the dark, walking alone in the rain
I don’t know what is happening with me
I need to leave, but I want to stay here

I am in connection with my disgrace
My face reflects only sin and shame
My life is so, so fake
I can feel regret running through my veins

My enemy is hitting in my face
And telling me that I cannot be saved

The voice from almighty God
That told me the truth about life

He said that I am saved by something called Grace

I know, life is hard and problems will come
I’m not perfect, I stumble, I fall
But God always gave me strength to stand and move on
