I saw a girl
While I was there in line
She was ringing up some dude out of his mind
'Cause every time
She asked a question
He turned every other direction
Like she wasn't worth his time, but she stayed nice

So I looked at him a while
And looked at her some time
Then I knew and with my eyes I said
Are you alright?

Then her eyes met mine and then she smiled
Then and there I knew I made a change tonight
I just wish I went around in line
A second, third, and fourth time
