Cappo on 5th fret

I originally started notating the 
song in open C when I realized he 
plays
the A# (the highest note in the 
into) on the 12th fret, which 
changes the
rest of the tuning.  Also I have a 
feeling instead of an E for the G 
string
as in open C tuning, he probably 
tunes to another C.  There's no name
 for
this tuning really, but strummed 
open its a C7 chord.  Open C7 tuning
 if you like.

this sounds and if there's any 
corrections you think could be made.

 on the neck.  This is close, but 
it's
difficult to isolate Pecknold's 
exact playing with the electric 
guitar and
mandolin playing similar but 
different and louder variations over
 him.
