I just want to tell a story about a girl that I once knew
She really loved him - it´s unforgotten, but no one knows the truth…
She felt darkness when it happened , no one else could hear her screams
All those moments she just fainted, closed her eyes and drowned in tears

Now she`s gone - she just made up her mind
She will be gone - she won`t wait for the sun

She´s leavin´ all alone - she´s afraid to fall

All these moments of frustration - her love he threw away each day
Dreaming of a better future - if she only knew where to stay
He abused her, she got used to, a love that was an illusion

She´s leavin´ on her own - she feared to fall
She´s leavin´all alone - this house is not a home

Will she ever rest, ever know, the reason why she had to go
Will she ever love, ever feel that she´s worthy even without him
Now she´s on her way to save her heart to find a place for her to be
Where she´ll be free, I don´t know where she is, but I hope she´s found
