Tape and Paper

Theres a hangnail bothering me
- I rip it off and now it bleeds
- just another situation best left alone.
- Now ther's blood on the phone
- I tighten my grip and it flows down the cord and ends up in a puddle on the floor

If you thought I was occupied befor
-your voice sounds more and more like a
tape and paper bandage and the blood on a barber pole.
You're the theme song of a cancelled show.
-voices I know but cant seem to place a single episode.

-like the dreams that are left
-never know how it ends

Out and out I am out for just one
thing which always leads to holes in
the walls where my pictures used to be
-reassemble the words resembling something worth being heard
-your interested not intresting.
