So, here we are again
Another year comes to an end
I see my life ahead
And behind the things I wish I'd said

All the pages left unfilled
When I didn't have the skill
There's so much more I could have done
All those notes I left unsung

But you don't need to worry
About the pain and strife
We survived
It's enough
Just to be alive

So step into tomorrow
Though there's sorrow in your heart
You don't have to know the path you'll take
All you have to do is start
So put your best foot forward
Even when the seas are rough
And remember that each breath you take
From today is good enough

So, there goes another year
All the memories and tears
Obstacles I've overcome
But this year has just begun

So you don't need to worry
About the hate and fear
We survived
It's enough
Just to still be here
