All the while as ghost ships pass in the night
Neath the hulls, the blackened sea reflects the moonlight
Each star glimmers upon the telluric waves
With wings of steel, Death circles above to proclaim his reign

I will no longer fear the night
I've been exiled from paradise
My heart, it burns in icy thrall
I feel the dark inside my soul

In darkened shroud, spectral forms danse macabre nocturnal
On graves unmarked, across olden plains of majesties infernal
Mountains old, row on row, grim horizons of demise
Walk the path, but do not go gentle into the night

Upon my brow I bare the mark
A devil's idea of abstract art
I feel the night inside my heart
