When hope seems to leave you
and you fill the gap with gin
and you dream of pencils writing by themselves
and hate the tattoos on your skin
when splatter films become
your entertainment No. 1
it`s time to push the button and erase
what kicks you out of phase

when the night becomes your day
but it`s too dark to find your way
and you forget to feed your dog until it bites
