After The Sun Sets

There is light on the inside
A light that burns
It will burn until the bitter end

That light will keep on burning
The fight it never ends
And the light will keep me yearning

After the Sun sets
The world goes blank
It's in this stage
I find my peace
The gloom washes over me

But even in peace
I struggle to find my place
I battle to ignite the flame

When the Sun rises
The world is chaotic
During this stage
I fly away

The world is blind
